DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery Costs

Royal Mail Special Delivery services are provided free of cost within the UK. DHL International Priority services are used on international orders at a flat rate of GBP35.00 per shipment.

International Duty is payable by the receiver but we will make every effort to inform you of the approximate amount you should expect to pay in advance of shipment; please send your enquiry to rossella@alicecicolini.com

Returns 

If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, you can simply return your jewellery to us within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Should you receive goods that are not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

To return an item to us, or to exchange an item, please send an email to rossella@alicecicolini.com to obtain your Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of when you cancelled your order.

Unless damaged or faulty, bespoke and made-to-measure goods that have been customised or made to your own specifications (for example sizes which we do not carry in stock, or special order colours and stones) may not be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.
